Base Rate: The standard rate for point-to-point transfers.
Hourly Rate: Hourly rates for national and international pickups are calculated post-trip and exclude travel time, beginning and ending at the pickup location. Rates may differ from those initially confirmed. Contact us 48-72 hours before pickup for accurate hourly rates. Rates for Bay Area pickups remain as confirmed.
Airport Pickups: Ecko Worldwide monitors commercial airline arrivals for timely pickups. A grace period of 30 minutes for domestic and 45 minutes for international flights is allowed before waiting time charges apply.
Non-Airport Pickups: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickups at locations other than airports. Waiting time charges apply after the grace period.
Changes and Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us of any changes or cancellations. For changes and cancellations, please call us for better clarity.
No-Shows: A reservation is deemed a ‘No-Show’ if the passenger fails to reach the pickup location within one hour for all places. In such cases, the entire trip fare, which includes the base rate and any additional charges, will be charged unless prior contact is made with Ecko Worldwide.
Rates: Rates change promptly, as does the vehicle’s availability. Initial reservation rates are estimates and may change due to wait time, taxes, extra stops, or additional services.

Meet & Greet: Fees apply for meet & greet services. Additional charges may apply for particular vehicles and parking.
Waiting Time Policy: We understand that delays can happen. However, it’s important to note that additional charges apply for delays beyond scheduled pickup times. We want to ensure you are fully informed about this policy, as adhering to it may result in complete fare billing.
