Airport Transfers

We track your flight status using FlightAware and other tools to ensure the pickup time is adjusted for any delays or early arrivals (where possible).

Our complimentary wait time is 15 minutes for home, hotel, train, and private FBO pick-ups. For commercial flights, we offer a waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes for international arrivals, in line with industry standards.

Our chauffeur will meet passengers inside the airport at the designated gate number. Our customer service team will get you in touch with the chauffeur. For meet and greet services, locations will be specified.

Yes! Our San Jose Airport (SJC) limo service provides seamless transfers to Palo Alto and nearby areas, ensuring punctuality and comfort for business and leisure travelers.

Cancellation Policy

According to our standard policy, for sedans and SUVs, cancellations must be made at least 3-4 hours before the scheduled pickup. For specialty vehicles or hourly charters, a 6–12-hour notice is typically required.

Chauffeur-related

Our chauffeurs undergo complete background checks prior to hire, including criminal and driving history. We also require affiliates to follow the same protocol. Ongoing training is provided through our internal PAX training system, with a focus on service standards, safety, and discretion.

We have a spot time of 15 mins, so the chauffeur usually reaches the location 15 mins prior.

Reservations

We have an automated Care Alert system that allows real-time status updates. An initial email notification is sent when a chauffeur is assigned. As the status changes to ‘Enroute’ or ‘On Location,’ passengers receive text notifications.

Reservation confirmations are sent via email immediately after booking.

Online reservations and email requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. For phone bookings, it is 4 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
